Withdrawal bank charges

Updated today

When you withdraw funds from your Rain account, it's important to understand how bank fees may affect the final amount you receive. Below are details about withdrawal charges.

Disclaimer: This applies to customers of Rain Management WLL only.

Local transfers (Bahrain)

No bank charges are applied for BHD withdrawals within Bahrain. You will receive the exact amount withdrawn from your Rain account to your Bahraini bank account.

International transfers

For international withdrawals, Rain processes the same amount you requested to withdraw. However, the final amount you receive in your bank account may be different due to fees charged by intermediary and correspondent banks as a fee for processing your withdrawal.

Withdrawal fees for international transfers

The following fixed charges by Rain apply per currency to cover bank fees:

  • Withdrawals in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD): KWD 5

  • Withdrawals in Emirati Dirham (AED): AED 50

  • Withdrawals in Omani Rial (OMR): OMR 5

  • Withdrawals in US Dollar (USD): USD 15

These fees are collected by correspondent and intermediary banks. Rain does not retain any part of these charges.

Keep in mind

  • Withdraw funds in the same currency as the receiving account to avoid additional conversion fees. For example, if the currency of your receiving bank account is in AED, make sure that the amount you withdraw from Rain is also in AED.

  • Confirm your details and make sure that your name on your Rain account matches the name on your bank account to avoid processing delays.
