How to set up and use Easy Deposit
In order to use Easy Deposit, you need to complete two steps:
Link your bank account.
Transfer the funds to your Rain account.
Below we will take you through the details of how to complete these steps.
First, link your bank account
Go to your Profile and select Payment Methods
Select Easy Deposit
Follow prompts on the screen to connect your account safely, including selecting your bank, logging in with your bank credentials, and giving approval to Rain's payment provider.
This way, your bank account will be added to your payment methods and you can select it anytime you wish to make a transfer.
Second, fund your Rain account
Tap Deposit on your home screen
Choose Easy Deposit as your deposit method
Enter the amount you wish to deposit
Select your bank account and tap Next
You will be directed to confirm the deposit information and approve it on your bank’s app.
Now, you will see the amount pending in your AED account. Please allow a few minutes for the funds to be processed. If the processing time takes longer than 24 hours, please contact us so we can look into it.
