When to reset your password
You should reset your password if you cannot log in, forgot your credentials, or suspect unusual activity. Before resetting, please check that Caps Lock is off and you are using the correct email. These checks often fix the issue instantly.
How to request a reset
On your login page, tap Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to register on Rain. You will then receive an email that includes further instructions for you to reset your password.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or updates folders. You can also whitelist our email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) and request a reset link again, which should land in your inbox.
Reset links are time sensitive. If yours expires, please request a new one and use the latest email received.
Issues with your OTP?
For your own security, we will request a code to be entered when you reset your password. Make sure you enter the code correctly. Too many failed attempts trigger a 24-hour lock on your account.
If you receive your code through SMS, check your signal before requesting a new code. If you use an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) and lost access to it, please contact us.
When contacting us, please explain the issue and provide your registered email, device type, and a screenshot of any error codes.
