How to track the status of your withdrawal

We make it easy to monitor the progress of your withdrawal request directly through your Rain account so you stay informed at every step.

Navigate to your fiat account (your cash balance like BHD, AED, etc.) to view a record of your recent transactions. If the status is "Processing," that means we are still handling the request. We process transactions within one business day. Once the status changes to "Completed," this means that the funds have left Rain and are on the way to your bank.

Banks operate on their own settlement schedules, so funds may not appear instantly. Withdrawals done within Bahrain and the UAE usually arrive within one business day, while international transfers typically take 1 to 4 business days to land in your account.

Occasional delays occur if banks hold transactions for routine checks or if funds move through intermediary banks (banks that facilitate transfers between two other banks). These are standard procedures and do not mean your funds are lost. Rest assured that your money is safe throughout this process.

If the funds have not appeared in your bank account after the expected timeframe, please contact your bank first for an update. If they cannot locate the funds, contact us and share a recent bank statement, or request a SWIFT/transfer confirmation letter to track the status of the transfer with your receiving bank.
