Steps to contact your bank about delayed withdrawals

If your withdrawal shows as completed on your Rain account but has not arrived within the expected time (1-4 business days), you can start by checking your most recent bank account statement to confirm that the amount has not landed yet. If that’s confirmed, here’s what you need to do next:

Prepare to contact your bank

Gathering specific details beforehand will help the bank assist you faster. Please have the withdrawal amount and the date and time of the transfer ready. You can find this information in your withdrawal confirmation email or through viewing your transaction history on your Rain account.

Additionally, you can reach out to us to request a transaction trace (a SWIFT letter) which is an official document that has information helpful to locate the funds. Our team will provide you with it so you can share it with your bank.

Contact your bank

Share the details with the bank representative and ask if the funds are in a processing queue or held by an intermediary bank. You can also share with them the trace document provided by Rain to expedite the process.

Please record your case number for future reference. If you need any other documents to present to your bank, please contact our support team and we will ensure we provide you with what you need within 24 hours.
